For any death metal fans, I definately suggest you check out Benighted. A very "unique" death metal band from France. Interesting blend of brutal death, grindcore, some tech death, and some deathcore. Icon (2007) and Asylum Cave (2011) are their best albums.

Pretty cool band. The new album is also pretty good. Need to listen to it more and pay more attention to it.
First time I saw them, I didn't know them. They played on stage, walking around with their bare feet. I was really like "what the fuck is their deal?"

Gross. That bare feet thing makes me respect them a little less now. I listened to Asylum Cave in it's entirety today while driving. Fuckin solid all the way through. I could do without the pig squeals, but they don't bother me enough to make me like the band less.
