Agreed, the guy is into Judas Priest, Primal Fear etc... and Matt Sinner and Manni Schmidt are sometimes guest stars or contributing riffs. :cool:

Just found this one-man band called Austrian Death Machine, Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying) does vocals, bass, guitars and drums, and his thrash/crossover music is enterily based on Arnold Schwarzenegger movies and comedy.

I really like this band.
They are doing a small tour on the east coast at the beginning of Jan.

Darkthrone began as one of the true norwegian black metal bands. They did something completely different since a few albums. Pretty much just heavy metal with a dark edge.

Been listening to Lich King lately, great band, old-school XXI century thrash, I like it... great riffs, and the vocal meets the thrash standards.
Some tunes are so funny you´ll enjoy even more than a traditional thrash song.
