First there was "Canadian Carnage," then there was "American Carnage," and now, two of the bands that defined the thrash/metal genre, Slayer and Megadeth, announce the European Carnage Tour, set to kick off March 13 in Kiev, Russia. Over 22-plus dates, Slayer and Megadeth will assault their way from one end of Europe to the other, wreaking carnage in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Austria, and Switzerland.

The last time Slayer toured Europe with Megadeth was back in the Fall of 1990 on the original Clash of the Titans tour. Slayer had just released its fifth studio album, "Seasons In The Abyss" which went on to become a million-selling classic, boasting tracks like "War Ensemble," "Dead Skin Mask," "Expendable Youth,"and the title track.

Well, with more dates to be acounted...I have some feeling they come to Holland. I already thought they liked Holand (and also they need there weed )

Anyway, the Neurotic deathfest in Holland is also on end april, but I thought they still where serachting for great bands, and that they will come soon with new bands...
I hope Slayer will come then! It shouldn't suprise me.

Edit nr. 2: I heared some romours on a Dutch metal forum. A guy told he heard a remour that Slayer maybe plays a Dutch Date in the Klokgebouw (Eindhoven) in april.

I wouldn't mind if Slayer will play there, but it's not right; I mean, Autopsy, Prostitute Disfigurement, Kraanium, General Surgery and Slayer will make a weird combination.

Maybe that is true, but the last time NDF also had some thrash/death, blackned death, more metalcore etc. on there stage.
And now they have a 4th stage coming up.
So it shoudn't suprise me that the organisation is look further then only death metal.
